HOW WE WORK
Employ-Temps assists client companies by providing our qualified employees to cover fluctuations in their workforce and peak periods. To do this, we need skilled individuals like you!! We match your special abilities with the requirements of our clients. We present to you only opportunities that match your needs and a work schedule that you are comfortable with. We pay you, therefore, we are responsible for your payroll and withholding taxes, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance.We will offer you opportunities to work in many different industries and to meet interesting people. You will receive a wide variety of experiences while getting a chance to learn new skills and improve existing ones.
FLEXIBILITY
The more flexible you can be about your availability to accept an assignment, the more assignments we will be able to offer you.
WHO DO I WORK FOR
Your Employ-Temps office will call you when an assignment that matches your qualifications becomes available. After you have been briefed as to the specific duties of the position, it will then be up to you to accept or decline the assignment. If you choose to accept the assignment, we expect you to honor your commitment and complete the assignment to the best of your ability. Your hourly pay will vary with each assignment. Employ-Temps will inform you of the hourly pay before you accept any assignment. There is no charge to you for our services.
HOW LONG ARE MY ASSIGNMENTS
The length of assignments can vary from one to two days to several months. At times, the length may change according to the clients' needs. You will be fully informed as to the length of each assignment before you actually start and you will also be made aware of any changes. Employees who do a good job and make a good impression often receive offers of employment with our clients.
HOW AM I PAID
Time slips must be turned in by Monday at 5:00 pm with proper signatures. Wages are direct deposited each Friday for the prior week worked.
PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Many times clients offer our employees a permanent position. Contact your Employ-Temps office to help you choose what is best for you. You will receive V.I.P. treatment from our permanent division. This same permanent placement division negotiates several direct hires annually. Resumes for all skill levels are always welcome and applicants never pay a fee for our services.
W-2 PROCESSING
All W-2 forms will be mailed by January 31. You must inform us by January 1 of any address changes.
$25 REFERRAL BONUS
Employ-Temps will pay you a one-time $25.00 Bonus for each new employee you refer after that employee completes 40 hours of work through any Employ-Temps office.
